First Deposit:   $500 per Team...Due with Intent Form By March 29, 2010
                            Deposit is NON-Refundable
                           “Substitution” can take a team’s place!

Note: After slots have been filled, directions, confirmation letters and waiting list letters will be sent to you.

Second Deposit:  $20 per player and coach …Postmarked by April 15, 2009
                         Deposit is Non-refundable but a “Substitution” can take a team’s place

Individual Player Deposit:  $50 per player is due with intent form by March 29, 2010
                                           Deposit is NON-refundable but a substitution can take a players place
                                           Individual Player Deposit is for a player NOT coming with a team

Balance Due:  no later than June 14, 2010 (Upon arrival at camp for teams and individuals)

Includes:  Great Competition (7-8-games), Team Time, Great Housing and Food, Team Chapel
                and Evening Meetings with  speakers & music.  College athletes will serve as chaplains.

Note:  All teams must have their own transportation for the entire length of camp Competition fields are off campus
           Competition fields are off Campus!

Note:  Each Team must have at least one female chaperone who will stay in the dorm with the team.  This can be a coach or parent or other adult female. Male coaches will be housed in a different dorm than the girls.
