2010 FCA Girls Tennis Team Camp 
                                                    University of West Georgia

                                        Monday, June 14-Wednesday, June 16, 2010
                                                             Limited to 8 Teams 
 
Cost:              $185 per player and coach 
                      Includes lodging and meals for 3 days and 2 nights, 
                      FCA Team Camp T-shirt, Bible, Lanyard, and Coach’s Notebook.
 
Deadline:     March 29, 2010 
                      Intent Form needs to be signed and faxed or mailed to:

                      Slots will be filled in the order they are received. 
 
Team Deposit:    $50 per Person...Due with Intent Form by March 29, 2010                   
                             Deposit is NON Refundable
                             “Substitution” can take a team’s place!

     Note: After slots have been filled, directions, confirmation letters and waiting list letters will be sent to you. 
 
Individual Player Deposit:  $50 per player...Due with intent form by March 29, 2010
                                            Deposit is NON Refundable but a substitution can take a players place
                                            Individual Player Deposit is for a player NOT coming with a Team
                                            
 
Balance due:       No later than June 14, 2010 (Upon Arrival at Camp-Teams and Individuals)
 
Includes:         Great Competition (singles & doubles), Team Time, Great Housing and 
                        Food, Team Chapel and Evening Meetings with speakers & music. 
                        College athletes will serve as team chaplains. 

 
               Note:  Each Team must have at least one female chaperone who will stay in the dorm
                         with the team.  This can be a coach or parent or other adult female. 
                         Male coaches will be housed in a different dorm than the girls.
